A Guide to AES Default Prevention Reporting
The Pre-Claim Assistance Roster and 3-Step Letter Series

This guide outlines the various pre-claim reports available on PageCenter, AES' secure online report retrieval system, by defining each field and key information that schools need to effectively work their delinquent borrower accounts and manage their cohort default rate.

AES Default Prevention Reporting (8.69 MB PDF)

Pre-Claim Assistance Rosters - The PCA Roster is a complete listing of all your student loan borrowers who are more than 60 days delinquent. Use this report to assist you in managing your cohort default rate. Weekly reports are sent to your PageCenter mailbox to provide you with the most current information available.

The 3-Step Default Prevention Letter Series - Schools using the letter series have seen an average increase of 5.10% in pre-claim cancellations. Our 3-Step letters are generated bi-weekly and sent to your school's mailbox in PageCenter. Simply print the letter on your school's letterhead and mail to your students.
